Suresh is the founder of Moirai Legal Consultancy and is the Managing Partner. Suresh brings with him 15 years of legal experience; 10 years as corporate counsel advising on corporate and commercial matters across a multitude of jurisdictions from US to Russia and 5 years as litigation counsel.

He is specialised in structuring legal entities in a variety of on-shore and off-shore jurisdictions, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formations, corporate restructuring (including corporate closures), establishing corporate governance framework, negotiating contracts, advising on data privacy, cross border transactions, and structuring insurance and reinsurance transactions.  In addition, Suresh has developed a forte for regulatory compliance working both with clients and regulators providing advice and feedback to both.

Suresh is US licensed attorney and has been a member of the Board of Directors of various non-profit and for-profit companies.  He is also an approved arbitrator by Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC).

She brings in 12 years of legal experience; 7 years as corporate counsel advising on corporate and commercial matters across a multitude of jurisdictions in the Middle East and Asia and 3 plus years as legislative counsel drafting legislation and regulations with a world class regulator.

Apsara is specialized in advising and structuring insurance and reinsurance transactions, syndicated loans, contract formation and negotiation, advising on commercial transactions, drafting legislation, providing strategic advice to Boards and senior management with respect to business transactions, drafting Wills and regulatory compliance.

Apsara is license since 2000 and an approved draftsman by DIFC Wills and Probate Registry.
